I hope I don’t go broke buying these Infrared-colorblocked Air Max 90 recrafts. These Nike Air Max 90 Total Orange get their nickname fron the colorway, although the box label doesn’t actually reveal the shade of orange they are using.
We get a matching set of orange arch supports and hangtag and standard flat white laces with a regular orange Nike box. This is as opposed to the skinny special box the first few colorways in this blocking came in. At least the regular box doesn’t smash the sneakers together like the fancier boxes.
I just keep buying these recrafts and to be honest, it’s hard to go back to a non-recrafted 90 after wearing these! The slight difference in shape and comfort really improves the shoe overall and I highly suggest fans of the AM90 grab at least one colorway to try.
How Are The Materials?
These are not “materials” shoes per se, they have a general release level of Nike Sportswear quality, but slightly better than average. Even though its basic felt suede and standard leather, just the slightest bit more softness and plushness exist on these Air Max 90 OG recrafts. The materials definitely are adequate for a shoe like this, and a little better than I would normally expect from this level of release.
How Do They Fit?
For these Air Maxs, I went true to size. These feel a bit lighter and more comfy than the non-recrafted AM90s we had been getting before 2019. The new shape looks great on foot, too. No reshaping required!
