This flashy pair is known as the Nike KD7 Lightning 534, and is based off of a lightning rod in New York City on Fifth Ave and 34th Street.
Kevin Durant is a well-known basketball player with a long-standing signature line. At the time I got these, I was grabbing a lot of hoops kicks and I found these to look super dope! The posite area actually has a kind of iridescent sheen to it up close in the light.
These come with black, crimson-dotted laces.
The materials on these are relatively nice for a tech-focused basketball sneaker. We get comfortable mesh up front with a foamposite rear for stability.
As far as fit, I find these to fit snug at true to size, but not uncomfortable after some break-in. I’m not sure if sizing up is necessary unless you have a wide foot and plan to wear these casually.
