Saucony Shadow 6000 Reviews

Here’s all the Saucony Shadow 6000 reviews on the site!  Saucony first released the Shadow 6000 in 1989.  It was intended to be a long distance runner and brings the early 90’s pointy toe wedge shaped runner aesthetic.

I’ve written more about the Shadow 6k than any other Saucony on this site, as you can see below.  Something about the paneling leads to lots of great collabs and colorways.  Additionally, the chunky wedge shape falls right in the pointy toe yet vaguely dad-shoe look that in my opinion bridges retro runners with current tastes.

I’ve said that either the Shadow 5000 or the 6000 are my favorite Sauconys.  While I’ve owned a few 5ks, I can’t say for sure whether I like that model more than the 6k at the end of the day.
