Here’s all the Saucony Courageous reviews on the site! Saucony had a moment where they were retroing the Courageous heavy in 2015, and I made sure to cop a few pairs and review them. The shoe originally dropped in the mid-80s.
I love simple suede retro runners, and most pairs of the Courageous that I’ve copped have had that construction. From collabs to GR pairs, I’ve never owned a pair of Courageous that didn’t have buttery suede on it! The only downside for me is the stubby toebox shape. But looking at it another way, it’s less of a downside and more a unique design element among Saucony’s runners.
