I’m big on the Air Jordan and Nike SB collabs, and this time I’m rocking with a pair of the highs.
The Air Jordan 1 x Nike SB Defiant NYC To Paris is part of a pack that also includes an “LA to Chicago” colorway.
The main feature on these besides that it’s an AJ x SB collab is that the paint on the leather scuffs away to reveal a light pink color beneath the grey areas and a hot pink beneath the black areas. These come in an AJ1 box with SB paper inside and sets of black, grey, light pink and hot pink laces.
These released a while ago but I’m still rocking with them today! I’m just finally getting around to trying these out so even though most of you have probably seen all there is to see with these, they’re new to me!
How Are The Materials?
These use a nice tumbled leather on the uppers. Many seemed to have an issue with the quality, but in my opinion, the materials are nice for an Air Jordan 1 x SB collab. It’s somewhat soft, and seems plush on most of the shoe. Sneakerhead “leather experts” will probably want to comment how it’s not that good, but in my experience with these brands, this is some decent quality
How Do They Fit?
These Air Jordan 1 x Nike SB Defiant NYC To Paris are super comfy at true size. Whatever you get in Air Jordan 1s, get that with these. These don’t seem super narrow to me like many Nike SBs so these are erring more on the fit of a standard Air Jordan 1.
