Everybody slept on the Air Jordan 1 Mid Nouveau Anthracite, but I believe if the “Nike Air” Air Jordan 1s never came out, these would have gotten more attention
The materials and comfort are on point. As soon as some Air Jordan 1 Mid Nouveau are pulled out of the box, you can see the soft leather and suede everywhere – this shoe is a dream for those that are into the materials used in a sneaker.
Still, these went on discount everywhere, thanks to the Jumpman on the tongue, mid cut and different style of perforations on the toebox from a regular pair of AJ1. Sneakerheads sometimes have a tough time going for a less hyped up model.
These come in the black/red “Jordan Wings” box and include flat black waxed laces. The laces further add to the feeling of quality here.
With respect to comfort, these are fairly average for a pair of Air Jordan 1s. If you find AJ1s snug, going up a half size from your normal true size can be helpful. That said, I feel like mids are a bit more forgiving on width than highs.
