I remember obsessing about the Nike Lebron X Dolphins colorway when it first dropped. Although the inspiration for this shoe is (ironically) based off of a sunset on South Beach, most refer to these as the “Dolphins” colorway due to the similarity in colors with the Miami football team. Aftermarket sites seem to call these Dolphins or Setting Suns.
To this end, the setting sun is depicted as a jewel over the water in the graphic on the inner heel. Other than that, these are a standard pair of Lebron X
As I mentioned earlier, my favorite part about this shoe is the colorway, but I also like the orange rope laces they ship with as well.
The shoes have a hyperfuse upper with flywire underlays and a mesh tongue. I find the quality on these to be pretty good as far as Nike Basketball sneakers go. The fit for me is true to size, however wide footers might want to go up a half size if they are having issues with the sneaker hugging too tightly.
