I couldn’t wait to start UNDS-ing some of my new AM1s. These Nike Air Max 1 Premium Dark Stucco definitely are a welcome addition to the collection and get their name from the colorway.
This shoe is basically a fall shoe, easily paired with khakis, browns or blacks for an easy autumnal outfit. For spring and summer, these can be tricky. I suggest going with medium wash denim and a grey tee for something passable in the warmer/sunnier months.
Expect a few more AM1 reviews! I bought a bunch all around the same time as I’m just going crazy for this model! I think the Air Max 1 is a good example of how Nike definitely has it in them to not only bring a classic back to its roots, but also elevate it further!
How Are The Materials?
The materials on these are pretty good! The mesh is more like canvas, definitely very sturdy. The leather is very textured and not as stiff as it might look in photos. As to leather quality, it is at least decent if not very good. The suede is probably the best part; it’s surprisingly soft and lush for a Nike Sportswear release. Materials fiends should at least be ok with these – I’m personally feeling good about the quality here.
How Do They Fit?
These Nike Air Max 1 Premium Dark Stucco fit true to size. The comfort level is decent, basically your standard AM1 level of cushioning.
