I wanted to break out some of my favorite all time dunks today. “But Tony, nobody cares about these 2003 Nike Dunk High Brazil”. So what? I love these!
The shoe is another classic dunk from the early 2000s and gets it’s name from the colorway which resembles the Brazilian flag colors.
I’ve found for this color combo that dark wash blue denim and a black or white top can work wonders. Light wash jeans and a white tee can also work. I would avoid anything with khaki on it and keep the green matching to a minimum. I’d stay away from yellow anywhere else on the outfit.
I obviously don’t have much to say about these other than that I love them! This bright colorway and great construction epitomize everything that is good about the Nike dunk. I highly recommend these or any dunks from this same year for fans of the dunk. Here’s to hoping they return to making this model at this quality again someday.
How Are The Materials?
As is typical of dunks from this time, the materials are great. Smooth supple leather that ages beautifully. These also include SB laces and have a mesh tongue, making these very similar to SB dunk highs from that time. All these really need are zoom air units to make them fully SB.
How Do They Fit?
The Nike Dunk High Brazil fit true to size and are very comfortable. The materials are so pliable and comfy that they form the perfect shape around your foot for both looks and wearability.
