The Nike Air Max 90 Patta Cyber brings Patta’s signature “waves” design from their popular Air Max 1 collab to the Air Max 90 for the first time, offering a bold but wearable remix on a classic silhouette. One of two launch colorways (with more on the way), this cyber green pair adds some familiar neon energy to the mix — a vibe similar to classic volt 90s, but with a modern, collaborative twist.
This pair features a wavy mudguard and a metallic Swoosh. This helps give the side panels some shine without being loud. The side badge is lenticular, shifting between “Air Max” and “Patta,” and branding hits continue on the tongue and insoles.
I love a Volt Air Max 90 and this colorway reminds me of that, but with all the extra twists of the Patta collab. That said, I wasn’t sure if I needed another of this type of colorway on a 90, but now that I have them in hand, I’m glad I pulled the trigger on the SNKRS app on release date.
The shoes ship in a special grey Patta box with cyber and sapphire accents and motivational phrases like “Familiar” and “Got Love For All.” Inside the box are sail and grey lace options and custom printed paper — nice touches all around.
Materials
We get mesh underlays, leather overlays, the metallic leather swoosh and a mudguard that has this vinyl type of feel to it. Materials are solid for a modern collab — nothing ultra-premium, but the leather feels nice and the construction is clean. It’s on par with similar past collab releases and feels like a quality pair for the price point.
Fit & Comfort
Fit is true to size and in line with standard Air Max 90s. The wavy mudguard doesn’t impact the comfort or structure — it’s all cosmetic. You still get that retro runner feel. Definitely a good choice for casual wear and everyday use.
If these are sold out at different stores online, you can try looking for them on eBay.
