The Nike Air Force 1 Canvas Linen is a clean, casual take on a great colorway from the AF1 archives. While not an exact reissue of the famous 2001 Linen colorway, this version modernizes the idea with a canvas build and softer Atmosphere pink accents, giving it a slightly more relaxed, lifestyle vibe.
The pink Swoosh and heel tab—done in Atmosphere—add just the right amount of contrast without overpowering the neutral base. Also dig the little stitched in swoosh right above the toebox. The sneaker isn’t flashy, but that’s what makes it so easy to wear.
I’ve always wanted the OG Linen AF1s, but they’ve always been just out of reach—too pricey or too hard to find. When I saw this 2025 version drop with a canvas twist, it felt like an attainable consolation prize. It’s not the original, but it’s got the same vibe and brings something different to the table. I picked these up on discount from Darkside Initiative, which made the decision even easier.
Packaging is a standard black AF1 box, nothing special, but the shoes speak for themselves. The shoes include a skinnier white lace and metal dubrae.
Materials
The upper is made of a sturdy canvas with a leather swoosh. It’s lighter than a leather pair would be. I like the little rings stitched in around the eyelets. While I expect the canvas to crease up fairly quickly (as canvas tends to do), it’s still a really dope-looking shoe and fits right into a summer-ready rotation.
Fit & Comfort
The feel on foot is standard Air Force 1 – chunky and supportive. The roomy fit may be worthy of going down a half size depending on your preferences. I ordered these online, so I did the safe bet with true to size and they fit fine at that size. Comfort is what you’d expect from a regular pair of AF1s: decent for all-day wear but not ultra-plush.
If these are sold out at different stores online, you can try looking for them on eBay.
