The Nike Air Max 90 Magic Ember Camo is part of Nike’s 2025 camo pack and continues the brand’s streak of inventive takes on this classic silhouette. While it shares the same material and color blocking as the Lemon Twist Camo version, this pair brings a totally different vibe thanks to its khaki-toned camo overlays and subtle hits of Magic Ember — a muted, infrared-style shade that adds warmth without being too loud.
The mix of the black toebox, earthy camo, and ember accents gives these a more toned-down, almost seasonal look, making them easier to wear than some of the louder AM90s from past camo drops. I like how the light khaki camo adds depth without clashing, and the red-orange pops hit nicely on the lace eyelets, heel branding, and visible Air unit.
I really have been on a tear with the AM90 pickups, and I had been waiting for a paycheck to hit to grab these. Normally I’d wait for a sale, but I knew I had to have these as soon as possible!
These come in the standard Nike orange box and include black flat laces.
Materials
Materials are typical for a premium-labeled Air Max 90 in this line: you’ve got a leather mudguard, mesh underlays, and rough suede overlays with a smooth camo print layered over top. It’s not top-tier luxury suede, but the swap from the usual felt overlays to suede is definitely a welcome touch. These feel solid in hand, with nice structure and clean stitching all around.
Fit & Comfort
Sizing is true to size, and fit is classic AM90 — slightly snug if you’re wide-footed, but otherwise very comfortable for casual wear.
