The Nike Air Max 1 FB Grey Orange is dope to me! It’s a pretty subtle color scheme, yet has just enough orange to not be boring!
The “FB” Air Max line celebrates colorways normally found on soccer cleats, thus my best guess is that FB stands for “Futbol”.
In any case, many FB Air Maxes are pretty wild. This pair is relatively low key with the dark grey on the suede and mesh and a lighter grey on the leather parts. I love the pop of orange on the swoosh, air bubble, back logo and top eyelets.
I really like Air Max 1s and strive to add dope colorways to my collection. Even though the toebox shape isn’t quite what it was back in the day. It’s a tad boxy here. Usually, suede and mesh tends to conform to foot shape over time. I’m guessing some of these boxy AM1s may mellow out and become a little more gentler in shape after several wears.
