More Air Max 95s incoming! I’ve been wearing the Amarillo 95s behind the scenes a lot. I was able to find these Nike Air Max 95 USA on super sale.
These get their nickname from the colorway, which is very patriotic!
These come with a simple orange Nike Sportswear box and the basic AM95 white/3M rope laces. One cool thing to note is instead of the typical AM95 “gradient” on the side, we get the white mesh breaking up the flow. Additionally, the eyelets are different colors instead of uniform.
I couldn’t pass up a sale on these! Of course, the AM90 USA just came out, but I think I like these a bit better. Less red and more navy on the shoe makes these way more wearable for me, and the comfort is of course there. If you want a good patriotic looking pair of kicks I can easily recommend these.
How Are The Materials?
The material quality is super basic on these but at least the variety of materials is interesting. The red stripe is leather with a crosshatch pattern that gives a snakeskin-like effect from afar. Meanwhile, the navy stripe is a ballistic nylon while the navy area around the toebox is a kind of nubuck-ish leather. The white areas towards the bottom of the sneaker are a thick, basic smooth leather. Finally, the rest of the shoe is mesh and 3M. None of these materials are particularly good. However the blend of materials and the overall look of the shoe is what makes the sneaker, moreso than the materials.
How Do They Fit?
Hate to sound like a broken record, but true to size works well for these Nike Air Max 95 USA. I got the same size 10 that I wear in other Nikes like Air Max and Jordan 1 and at that size, these are very comfortable. If you’ve worn any recent Air Max retro, then you already know what to expect.
