The Nike Dunk High SB Flamingo dropped as part of a pack that also included a pair of Janoskis and some apparel. The theme is obviously a flamingo, with the cracked leather upper resembling the leathery skin of the bird.
These also feature a print of a flamingo on the insole and come with white and hyper jade SB laces. I’m definitely feeling the look of the shoe and the colors definitely evoke a tropical feel. I’m also digging the subtle hits of yellow on the tongue tag and on the bottom of the shoe.
The materials are good, too. The upper is this interesting leather type material that is nice and soft. I can’t remember if these are marked as a premium (PRM) release, but the quality overall seems like it leans in that direction.
A side consequence of the softer material on the upper is that these shoes are really comfortable and not as stiff as other more modern SB Dunk highs with leather toeboxes that I’ve owned.
