I have the OG’s, but I also have these more recent retros of the Air Jordan 11 Concord. Aside from some shape differences, these are fairly spot on to the originals.

The shoes get their name from the official colorway and are definitely in the Air Jordan hall of fame. These come in a drawer style box with a special see through plastic overlay and colored plastic shoe trees.
These remind me of a tuxedo! That said, black, grey and white all work great with these. I opt for dark pants and either a white tee with black graphics/lettering, or a blackout fit. These are one of the few J’s that can be pulled off in a “classier” fit without looking too off. Still, don’t be one of those guys that wears these to prom or a wedding unless your swag level is on 100 trillion!
I got these when they dropped and haven’t worn them that much. There’s more comfortable shoes out there and these function as more of a flexpiece for the collection. If these were my only 11s, I probably would wear them more. That said, if you don’t have a pair of Concords and consider yourself a Jordan aficionado, you should look into grabbing a pair!
How Are The Materials?
These are basically mesh and patent leather. There is also a bit of smooth leather up near the ankle. The material quality on these is good; rather there is no real suede or leather in any great amount on the shoe that I can comment on. That said, I feel like the shoe construction and overall quality is a little less thick and padded than previous AJXI releases. One other thing I’ve noticed is that as these sit in the box, the patent gets duller over time. Could just be my pair though.
How Do They Fit?
These 2011 Air Jordan 11 Concord fit a snug and stiff; even moreso than previous retros. I would go true to size or a half size up as these are narrow and the patent leather makes them fairly rigid. The Air Jordan 11 is a shoe that needs breaking in, especially on the more modern incarnations!
