Nike Lunarglide 6 Black and White Review

By Anthony Levine, longtime sneaker collector.

These Lunarglide 6 make for a great beater, especially in this black and white colorway. Which is explicitly why I grabbed these.

Nike Lunarglide 6 Black and White

This pair of Lunarglides is more than just a plain black and white pair – there are details which make this shoe above average such as the white 3M swoosh and green hits on the bottom. Everyone slept on these and now the Lunarglide 7s are out, so these went on sale for the low!

Nike catagorizes the Lunarglide 6 as a “supportive comfort” shoe. They manage to accomplish this with a midsole comprised of a mix of lunarlon and regular midsole foam, which gives a bit more support (and adds a little more weight) than a purely lunar outsole. The rest of the shoe provides a comfortably snug fit at true to size, with a mesh sitting on top of synthetic underlays and flywire.

The quality on the materials here is good enough to get the job done. We do have a sturdy build on an otherwise no frills Nike Sportswear release.
