The Argentinian futbol team known as the Boca Juniors inspired the Nike Dunk Low SB Boca. This simple, yet attention-grabbing SB is on point!

Back in the day, this was one of my grails. As time went on, I eventually sold this pair. These days whenever I see my old pics of these, I want them again!

I personally like the shade of yellow used on the Nike Dunk Low SB Boca. One of the more famous Pro B’s, the “Lightnings”, are named after this color. That yellow plus the gum sole and quality blue leather makes a deceptively simple shoe with enough “pop” to stand out.

The shoe originated in the pink box era and is therefore constructed of thick, high-quality leather. There’s not too much else to say about these classic SB’s; the simplicity of the shoe is one of it’s strongest points!

Thanks to the higher quality materials, the fit on these is way more comfortable than later SB releases. The upper is nice, flexible and slightly roomy at true to size, despite the thickness of the leather. Some say that Nike SB hasn’t put out materials like these on a sneaker in a long time.
