Nike Dunk High SB fiveoneo Review

By Anthony Levine, longtime sneaker collector.

Being born and raised in Oakland, CA, I quickly became familiar with 510 Skate Shop when I started getting into sneakers. This spot was always a cool place, and with Bows and Arrows right across the street, all kinds of limited sneaker releases could be grabbed within a quarter mile radius. These Nike Dunk High SB fiveoneo are a long-awaited collab with this shop.

We have a nod to clothing brand Benny Gold on the “fog camo” pattern and the Gold-designed fiveoneo logo design on tongue tag and insole print.

Sturdy canvas with a rugged leather swoosh and come with black and orange laces comprise this sneaker. Overall, the materials are definitely thick and seem like they can take a beating! This is not my favorite material set up on an SB, but I get why it’s in use here to complete a military theme.

With respect to comfort, these are fairly average for a relatively modern Nike SB. I find SB Dunks to be snug and I wouldn’t be the only one. In this case, going up a half size from your normal true size can be helpful.
